Rob formed the Company in 1994 and has used over 20 years experience in Traffic Management to take the Company from strength to strength. Rob manages the finances of the business and is involved with marketing, promoting new areas of business and estimating. He is available to clients for meetings and advise where required.
Steve joined the Company in July 2009 and has quickly become a valued member of staff. He is responsible for labour, transport and health and safety. He also carries out all accounting functions. Steve works closely with the Operations Director to ensure the smooth running of all contracts.
Mark has worked for the Company for 11 years and is responsible for all yard operations including equipment maintenance and repairs. He also works in our ‘sign shop’ printing legend for special signs where required. Mark is an experienced traffic management operative trained to Sector 12a.
Lesley has worked for Midlands Traffic Management for 9 years and has over 20 years experience working for Traffic Management companies. She is responsible for the day to day running of the business, estimating and traffic management drawings. Lesley is also responsible for Quality Assurance and Environmental standards.
